Generously funded by Berlin City Auto Group, Vicious Cycle is a youth-run bicycle repair center that was designed by Scott Keysor. The purpose behind the repair center was not only to assist the public with bike-related issues, but teach high school students how to efficiently communicate with people they may not know, and their peers. The intent of this program is to bring kids together, meld friendships in-place, and create a positive environment for all to enjoy.
